Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag(s) still on. This means the item cannot be worn, washed, or altered (please be mindful of makeup, tanning products, and deodorant as well). All returns are subject to inspection and we do have the right to refuse your refund if your returns do not meet the above requirements.
You may send in your return with a trusted courier. We suggest you ensure to receive a tracking number because we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
To complete your return, a proof of purchase is required, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For questions, feel free to send an email to help@eightonestandard.com.
AT THE MOMENT, WE CANNOT PROCESS EXCHANGES. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ORDER A DIFFERENT SIZE, PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE ITEM(S) YOU DESIRE.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 to 6 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, funds may take anywhere from 6 to 8 business days to show up in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
